The macro process has, as an income, the strategic-politic decision of either the government or the organizations, further we have the development and operations that will make use of some resources and specified procedures that will be documented. The process outcome should be evaluated to verify that the objective is fulfilled and as a feed back to the entrance. It will also be evaluated by undersigned parts (government authorities, leaders, mangers, technical team, workers, ,clients, society) implied with and benefited from the process. Such evaluation will be documented and starting from it further improvements or amplifications for the next year will be decided.
The organization which decides it, could apply for an external audit form any social organization properly recognized and enabled to do so by TWQO and achieve the certificate of country, organization, university, properly committed with Social Responsibility in all areas that may correspond: Organizational, Human Resources, Education, Training.
Feeling responsible it is a first step, but demonstrate the commitment with an audit it is the representation of being in the true path towards continual improvement for the development of a world and an improved society.
It is fair that organizations are willing to turn their project profitable by the means of a marketing strategy but the work should be transparent and which is achieved with an external audit that certifies which it is truly done, reinforcing in such way the marketing strategy and politics of either the government or the organization.
